Novos espaços e comunidades virtuais surgem a cada dia na rede, proporcionando trocas de informações e novos fluxos de interatividade.

O coletivo informacional gerado e conectado virtualmente, permite uma única inteligência, um banco de dados que unifica as mentes em um organismo, de downloads e uploads de informações em tempo real e contínuo. No aspecto de liberdade, sobretudo uma democracia participativa, deliberativa.

A veiculação de dados na rede é a nova realidade construída. Uma realidade que digamos ser virtual, não se opõe a concreta. É possível que a realidade virtual também seja um apêndice da concreta, mas nunca uma realidade destacada. E se presencia uma homogeneidade, exceto certas carências, especialmente quanto ao acesso.

A possibilidade de um espaço livre, se pensarmos na internet como uma ferramenta que nos conecta com uma realidade onde há um universal sem totalidade, ou não totalitário, ou estaria na descentralização do poder a possibilidade da formação de novos nichos dominantes?

O conceito de web 2.0 que utilizamos atualmente na rede é fundado no incentivo do compartilhamento de dados na chamada “nuvem”, que seria a memória disponível dos servidores, de acordo com os serviços prestados. A intenção é que se utilize um dispositivo pessoal apenas para o acesso a rede, armazenando os dados pessoais em discos virtuais, contando até mesmo com a utilização de aplicativos online. Uma questão a ser levantada é a possibilidade de serviços sociais serem responsáveis por, por exemplo, na formação de opiniões. Vale lembrar que somente a técnica não é capaz, por si, de educar o indivíduo para seu uso, sendo apenas uma ferramenta que proporciona certa interação.

Percebemos que as questões sobre um novo modelo de relacionamento pessoal, social, profissional, além de um novo espaço de troca e armazenamento, são dúvidas que nos deixam à mostra um caminho, porém com bastante amplitude a ser explorado. A rede traz consigo uma nova forma de lidar com a tecnologia que se transforma, ao passo que novas ferramentas e gadgets são apresentados e inseridos à utilidade pública. O real toma nova forma, não cabendo mais a distinção entre o espaço concreto e o espaço virtual, uma vez que este último vem para complementar e se colocar como um novo espaço de compartilhamento de informações.

A democracia, ou mesmo todo o sistema de governo, toma uma nova forma ao receber a interferência da vida virtualizada e coloca novas questões quanto à maneira de se portar perante o novo cenário de realidade.
